I think it's pretty cheeky doing this without prior warning to
STHs. I don't particularly want to see another home fixture at
Twickenham, but it seems my options are to go (and pay an
additional booking fee), or forfeit my ticket for that match.
I get the reasons for doing it, and it makes sense to cash in on
the current popularity and sold out crowds, but don't think they
should be doing it without prior consultation, or option for a
refund on your ticket. They might want the team to start winning
again though to shift the tickets

Tickets booked, but I couldn't do it through eticketing - it
wanted to charge me, even though I'm a member.
I had to call Customer Services. Spent about 10 minutes holding
on to get through to someone. She said that "Maybe your season
ticket details haven't been uploaded yet."
I was told the free tickets are in an equivalent position to my
tickets at the Stoop ... except they're not. They're behind the
try line, at an angle and at Twickenham, I'll be much further
       back.
So ... 20 minutes wasted and tickets not equivalent to what I
get at the Stoop. I was in favour of this, but feeling a bit
       ripped off by it now.

Not sure if they're referring to the Men's game, but slightly
ominous at the bottom: "Should Harlequins qualify with Home
advantage for the Semi Finals of the league, our intention is to
work with all relevant stakeholders to review if the match could
       be switched to Twickenham stadium."...
Obviously need to get there first, but would MUCH MUCH rather
our home semi final be at the Stoop...

I think that bit is in reference to the fact that the Premier
15s will have completed their regular season at that point and
if the Womens team have qualified for a home semi-final, they
want to see if it's possible to make that part of the overall
       Summer Kickoff event.

As per above - the 50% or 25% reduction guest ticket doesn’t
appear to be working so can’t sort seats………
Maybe not so easy after all.

Eventually after 5 attempts the lovely ticket office have sorted
       mine out.
It was trying to charge me for my daughters ticket.

Home semi finals for Champions Cup are never at the actual home
ground. They are in the home country but at a "neutral venue".
The closest neutral venue that qualifies for Quins is
       Twickenham.

The bit you quoted is about the league semi finals.

It's talking about the Premier 15s, so it'd become a double
header with the women's semi final and then the men's match
