Well Rob is not that great IMO and might make some mistakes,
which could lead to us getting some ball in open play at least.

All I ask is that we show some mettle and discipline. Losing is
far more palatable if your team has given their all.

Backs are fine. Forwards really have their work cut out. I
would have started Hammond or Jurevicius over White. Think we
could do with the added power/bulk. If we can hang on up front,
we have a chance.

Indeed. I was being slightly facetious but the one with a 4 on
his back looked like a handful against Leicester.

Yeah … Sale will be riding high after their comeback against the
league leaders. We’re the opposite after losing to the leagues
basement dwellers …
I hate playing Sale at the best of times, but with that lineup I
think the best we can hope for is a valiant effort.
I know this will fall on a few deaf ears, but I would like to
see this group of supporters backing the team. We are severely
depleted not ‘awful’ or ‘dreadful’ or whatever descriptions
we’ll see cropping up on Sunday.

The backs are great. Very happy. We can really cause some damage
with the power and pace and trickery in that back division.
Half the pack is pretty battle-hardened and ready to go against
anyone. As for the other half, there are reasons to be
optimistic. Taulani is a big boy and has looked pretty
impressive. Els has been around for a while and has shown
quality, when he is fit. White and Wallace have it in them to be
great, indeed White was excellent at home to Sale last year.
We know how Sale will play; with some hard carrying and
MacGinty's excellent range of kicking. I am sure we have a plan
to disarm this and excel in our areas of strength.
Murley and Lynagh to get a try each and Northmore to get a
hat-trick. Come on you Quins!

My predictions.
Our scrum pinged few times early on with their pack turning the
screw.
We barely see the ball. Frustrated so when we do get it we are
clueless and give away more needless penalties
Tommy Allen to have a poor game with Macginty running the show.
Beard/Edwards and Riley to make good cameos off the bench.
16-29 final score
