All pretty desperate stuff today. Looking like a bottom half
table side. Appreciate we're missing some big names - but not
that many big names.

Bar Marcus it’s actually a near first choice back line. That
should worry everyone at the club.
The bubble has burst, we can forget the heroic comeback vibes,
we are just poor, with no direction.

It wasn’t the pack to blame for poor handling. We need to stop
making excuses. The bath loss was bad, and they had more out
than us!

Collier, Botta, Lamb, Lewies, Chisholm, Lawday, David, Steele
AND Evans, Kenningham AND Marler, Smith, Dombrandt, Marchant -
just 14 names that regularly are in the starting 23.
I can't argue with the fact that we're playing badly, but to say
"not many" is just plain silly...

Couldnt disagree more. Simple look at the unavailable list
tells you all you need to know. We throw it around, if it works
we are world beaters, when it doesnt stick we are finished.
That Sale team today will beat many better teams than what we
were able to field today. We just need to hang on till bodies
are back (and I dont mean the England players).
Yes, it was a good back line, but for me the pack sets the tone.
They gave it a go but ultimately couldnt handle the Sale pack.
Too much pressure and I think the backs, as said elsewhere,
tried to force it.

Very much second best today. Credit to Sale, they were good.
Two things I'd like:
Refs to be harder on offside at rucks
Commentators not to get a semi at the very mention of Manu.
Good to see so many youngsters in quarters today. Games like
this will teach them a lot.
