47 caps with 6 for the Lions on top of that, and Bish still
thinks Sinckler's the same player as he was when breaking
       through at Quins

He's a great player for sure, but like pointed out he has big
lapses of judgement which can be exploited.
Both he and Genge are quite "Sensitive" and I feel can be worked
on in a game to eventually boil over resulting in a sending
       off...

Sinckler hasn't had a card in domestic rugby for literally years
(April 2019 v Sale). He's never been carded in international
       rugby.
He could well get a yellow or red card in this 6N. Anyone can.
But it would be a surprise. Despite all the fuss about him, his
disciplinary problems remain silly penalties, not cards.

Players mature. Marler and Care were both red card magnets in
their early careers. Sinck is a little behind them but has grown
up a lot in the last couple of years. Genge is younger still and
       has further to go.

Don't think Danny has ever had a red card for Quins and not sure
       if Marler has either!

I'm sure marler's had at least one, for a fight with Ayerza.
Kyle got pretty wound up when we beat them earlier in the
season, and think he was lucky not to get penalised on a couple
of occasions. But generally I think his temperament has improved
massively. Based on his social media he's into some sort of
psycho-spiritual mumbo jumbo now (no offence intended - don't
know how to describe it better)
