McNally and Ellis are really the only regular starters in their
pack. The rest are 2nd or 3rd choice at best. We’re depleted in
the back row, but I’ll be disappointed if our forwards don’t
dominate that Bath pack.
Our back set-up looks nice. Let’s hope we can make it count.

Nice touch making Walker captain on his return.
Dino's had such a great run at lock it's almost a shame to see
him at 6 but needs must.
Not sure what to make of that Bath team to be honest. On paper,
we're heavy favourites but even after the last 18 months I never
feel too confident!

Very strange. Surely Redpath would be there more often during
the game...
Good idea to have Taulani at 8. David rewarded for fine
attacking play against Cardiff (and a message to Lynagh about
not slacking off, he's been a bit up and down recently). Decent
side, all things considered.

Wev, Kenningham, Chis and Lawday all injured is unfortunate
timing, and it’s a shame to see Steele straight back on the
unavailable list.
Wonder who will play 10 if Allan gets injured again

Not a bad team.
However the fact we are playing a lock at 6 suggests how thin on
the ground we are in the back row, considering we've only lost
one to international duty.
I am fairly astounded we haven't got in a medical joker
considering Kenningham is out for the season, and I feel it will
be bad decision if we don't. Evans has been out for eternity
with no real return in sight (Getting Clifford vibes) and
Chisholm seems to be injured more than he plays recently.

Andre will probably go to 10, Beard or Murley to 13

I know it's always a punt when a player is coming back from a
serious injury, but I doubt we'd have re-signed him on a "long
term deal" if the coaches didn't think his rehab was going well.
I think he's due back soonish from the murmurs I've heard...

Perhaps that link about Mercer coming to Quins would be a very
good idea...

In fairness, it is easier said than done. The club may well be
looking for someone to come in, but there is no point in just
grabbing for first available BR

I assume that Big Andre will go to play at 10.
