I'm glad we won but I'm not convinced we deserved it. Even
Dpmbrant didn't think he scored that try. But we did win so now
to the last 32 and home last 16 if we get through

Thought Allan did fine. Steele was pretty horrible but
appreciate he's barely played this season. Wallace is a long way
off our first two choices at 7. Jones is a good runner with a
horrible eye for a pass (or a kick!) with a bad habit of poor
ball presentation on top of that. Lynagh still struggling a
little.
Marler lucky it was only yellow. Castres had numerous dubious
calls against them but got away with a couple of maul penalty
tries. David showed why his attacking stats were so good at
Worcs, will need to work on his tackling though. Gjaltema was
very lively when he came on. Lamb and Tizard did a good job.
Riley needs to stop going it alone from mauls!
We're not the most defensively organised side to begin with so
I'm not surprised we struggled there with so many changes and a
lot of inexperienced and rusty players.

Dug ourselves out there with a little bit of help from the ref!
Main takeaway from this match was that the next 2mths without
the England boys are going to be very tough unless the
understudies can rapidly click. After almost 12mths of
uninterrupted good times we could be in for some pain during the
6N. But let's celebrate while the sun shines! #COYQ

Why people so negative?Starting 15 we were missing at least 10
starters…only 2 defo in pack, and 2 in backs…..Allan and Steele
first games in 2 months….Wilson 5th choose tight head did
brilliantly after that first scrum. David looked good. We were
second best but have now won 5 out of 5. What will we be like
when we hit our straps. Good teams win when they are not at
their best. Coaches not happy year ago what would we be
saying???
