By my forecast of results I reckon it will be Clermont, which
will be nIce as missed chance to go last time we played
But knowing my skills at predictions we will get Sale

Yeah, with our luck it'll be Sale , if only to allow Sanderson
another chance to have a whinge about some "injustice".
BTW, I think I'm right in saying that the home leg isn't a part
of our Season Ticket as it wasn't guaranteed that the club would
be in any knockout stage. Here's the relevant paragraph from the
launch material:

> We expect to have a full crowds across the whole 2021/22
season, and as a Season Ticket Member you can guarantee your
seat at 16 home Men’s matches, including our annual Big Game at
Twickenham Stadium, as well as all Harlequins Women matches
played at The Stoop!
--- End Quote ---
We have 12 regular season Prem games, 2 Prem Cup games and 2
European Pool games, making 16 already. So, keep your eyes
peeled in your inbox after the draw is finalised for the info on
buying the extra ticket...

Knockout games have never been part of the package - but the
club generally makes it easier for STHs to buy tickets for them,
as long as they solemnly promise not to give them to Munster
fans.

Yeah, I just thought I'd flag it up for newer fans/posters, as
before we'd expect 3 European games to be covered by Membership,
but the extra Premiership home game is a direct swap for the
third game.

They seem to have glossed over the fact that we would normally
get three home pool games but with this season's condensed
format we only get two...

That's down to the organizers of the competition, not the club,
to be fair. Plus we've always had 16 games covered by the ST.
It's just that with the expansion of the Premiership, it's
12+2+2 instead of 11+3+2.

On current form, I'd fancy us over two legs against Clermont,
and if you get through that......dare we dream of a weekend in
Marseille in late May?

I think we'll miss Sale - think they'll beat 'Sprays; I also
think Glasgow will beat La Rochelle but Clermont will lose at
Ulster. Unless Bordeaux bring their B team, they'll give Tigers
a great game and it will be hard to see a 5-pointer for Tigers
while Castres have little to play for and I think we've more
chance of a BP than Tigers, so hopefully, we'll get Clermont!

The interesting thing for Castres is that because it's Top 8 it
only takes one of the 3-4 teams above them to slip up and
they're in the Round of 16 if they win. So because they're first
up, they might take the view that it's worth going for the win.
Wasps could easily lose at Thomond Park, as could Connacht at
Stade if the latter up their game at home. Cardiff and Bordeaux
will almost certainly give Toulouse and Tigers a tough game.
Castres best chance is to come out of the blocks fast and try to
get a lead. If they start to fall behind, heads may drop, but if
they put pressure on Quins they know we have looked shaky at
times, especially in the cold and wet.
I were Tabai, I'd be preparing the team to control the game in
the first 20 minutes and avoid being on the now-traditional
Harlequins-last-minute-comeback script. Of course, the team will
do nothing of the sort and we will probably end up with victory
coming from an improbable bit of magic at the death, because
that's how we roll.
