We have to be grown up and take it as a compliment for our
brilliant academy which is doing an amazing job. We just need to
improve our gardening skills so our money tree grows bigger and
trust Premiership rugby has a proper handle on the muck being
used in the ground this time.

His brother plays for Dorking and reception for his wedding at
the Club last summer. George has been around the club.and
opened our new medical block.

Yes was not suggesting he was going to play for Dorking! We
don’t need him we are top of the league and have won all matches
this season. 😁

had high hopes as I think he has been superb for us when he's
played, gutted to see him go but in this business as that's what
it is he's got to look after himself. It's a shame as Quins have
trusted him and given him the 1st team game time that has been
the platform to show himself off to the likes of Saddies, would
have hoped that would have meant something more than just cash,
I assume more cash was offered and also to play along side MI, I
can see the attraction and don't begrudge him just disapointed.
That said we have to look to our future so I would be
prioritising game time for our other players ahead of him now.

Shame he's off and an even bigger shame it's to cheats.
I don't quite get the lure, he's a nailed on bench/starter for
Quins at the moment and as he gets better the chance for honour
and glory will only increase. And the financial rewards with it.
I don't see him as a starter for cheats.
It's just a pity that the old cheats never prosper thing is not
proving correct.

I think he actually has more or less the same opportunity for
first team rugby as he has here. Swinson is retiring at the end
of the season and Isiekwe is preferred at 6 (rather than at
lock) so I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see him partnering
Itoje in their engine room.
We can only speculate, but it appears that it comes down to
money and it would seem that whoever is advising him has decided
that the immediate pay hike is more important than showing
loyalty and patience. If he’d been prepared to wait a year, I
firmly believe we would have been willing and ready to offer him
a good deal.

To the extent that money comes into it, I think it will be as
much about what Quins can’t afford to pay within the cap as what
Saracens can. They need an additional lock more than we do.
But I do also think it’s about him thinking that Saracens can
develop his career more than we can. When did Quins last produce
an international lock? When did Sarries? (From memory, it was
Ollie Kohn’s single cap for us, and take your pick from
Sarries).

You leave the champions to play in front of 8,000-10,000 (if you
are lucky) for a plastic club? Nah, it's about money. I think
the two Quins players reaction on twitter (mentioned earlier in
the thread) says it all.
