What the actual? Ref looking to even things up? As per the TV
commentary, ignores 3 Cardiff pre-latches in a row then bins
Dommers without any warnings. FFS.

Surely the TMO should point out the foul play eg the
pre-latches. Also they are getting two players latching which is
also illegal.

Can't argue with the yellow (6 pens on the trot) but a warning
would have shown consistency.
