I don’t read his stuff anyway but I know of two or three people
who have written to complain about his bazaar articles but
obviously to no avail.

He writes for Harpers as well? He is obviously a multifaceted

That’s what happens if you let your iPad guess what your word
is and you put an A instead of an I and then don’t proof read.
Although you could call his writing a miscellaneous contribution
of articles for sale.

I ignore anything written by him now. At least Stuart Barnes
occasionally puts something interesting in his articles in the
Times. I'd unsuscribe but I got a very good deal and their
cricket coverage with Mike Atherton, Lizzy Ammon, Gideon Haigh
and Simon Wilde etc is as good as the rugby stuff is rubbish.
