Shows Harlequins made a profit as there was a big gain on
revaluation on investments.

I am sure others more qualified than me will look at this, but
if our season ticket revenue which was credited from last season
to this season is taken into account, this will hit the accounts
this year? Although the fact that we have confirmation that we
have new STH in volume is not a surprise to most of us and good
news for the Club. Players may well look at the wages bill!
Government loan has to be repaid over 10 years at rate fixed to
BoE interest rates.

I would expect the season ticket revenue that was given as
credit wouldn't be shown as turnover for last season but will be
shown as turnover this season if used or in next season if used.

Yes of course. I mean saying we made a profit due to revals is a
little misleading.

Not really, the P&L shows a profit and the reason is revaluation
of investments

I'm quite surprised that we ended up paying over £100k in tax in
a year where we made a loss of over £3m??
Is that collected VAT or some such?
