I had assumed our problem was primarily one of poor coaching and
leadership by JK.We Have 8-10 internationals so there was
nothing wrong with the players.WRONG!The coaches are now ok it’s
now the players.
I can’t see what PG can do to permanently improve performance
other than have a major clear out when contracts allow.I trust
the recruitment guy is starting his plans now.
My number one priority would be to replace DC with a class 9.He
is desperately disappointing and plays the 10 role at 9 far too
much.
If we finish above the bottom 3 this season that will be a good
outcome.
If you were PG what would you do??

I only saw the second half so it seems i missed most of what was
good from Quins. What did see was pretty dire, from both teams,
but more so from us.
Again, I thought the ref was poor, in general. Some of the
penalties were harsh and Joe's yellow card was farcical,
although the Bristol player milked it somewhat. For a moment I
thought I was watching football.
We're clearly not clicking, yet. We're also not savvy enough,
yet. But defence has improved markedly, and I never expected
everything to be fixed in one go.
For me, yesterday's conditions would have suited Bothma to
start, instead of Wallace. Also Elia to start with Crumpton on
the bench. And we are sorely missing Mike Brown.
It's a long season. I see a lot of improvement and if it
continues I see a lot of potential.

Agreed. The pre-match was excellent, the food choices were very
good, that band was decent, and the bars ran very smoothly. Lots
of toilets too, so hardly any queuing. Also really easy to get
to, lots of transport options with local parking, and park and
ride. I was very impressed.
