Has there been a law change to make it legal to stand offside in
front of the other team's back foot or jump over the tackled
player from the side to join the ruck? Because Saints have done
both, blatantly, without sanction

TMO chipping in for very minor stuff by us but not obvious
things for them, having said that can’t really complain about
officials today, no howlers.
Weather put a “dampener” on more running game in second half
but we played the conditions well and importantly stopped them
getting any points at all.

Good win. Edwards did fine, his touch finders weren't great and
he made a couple of errors but he was used sparingly and when he
did get ball in hand he was a threat. Lineout could've gone
better, some poor discipline threatened to ruin things and some
of the handbags were very silly.
Some great tries though and Saints played a full part in an
excellent contest. Such a shame the crowd kept trying to get a
Mexican wave going and booing when it stopped - they ended up
booing two Quins players when they came off the pitch. Brainless
stuff at the best of times, let alone when there's ten minutes
to go and we're four points up...
Really enjoyable aside from that. Enjoyed the ladies giving
wasps a hiding too! Well done Quins.

Despite all that was said on here, I think Edwards had a very
decent game. Id say he coming along nicely

Absolutely. I remember a moment of confusion and a duff grubber
but Marcus gets caught out occasionally.

There were a couple of kicks from hand that belonged in a sevens
game, and he missed a couple of tricky wide conversions, but
otherwise he acquitted himself well.
What was up with the Saints attack? They repeatedly tried to cut
inside when they had big overlaps and I think it cost them
dearly. It was as if they didn't trust their wings, which given
the quality of their players is just odd.

thought Edwards did well for a third choice. Not many club’s
third choice would be as capable. Not surprising there are
rough edges and a few poor decisions - that’s the difference.
Agree re Saints attack - seemed to have us in real trouble a few
times only to make a bad choice and let us off.

I'd be happy if we don't have any more Care howlers on here
please.
Great team effort today but we are def going to need top draw
replacements for
our senior players. Smith really missed. Dommers, Murley, Symms,
Andre, Care, Kenn, walker great shifts :-)
Robshaw did have a great buoffant in the interviews too :-)
Loved watching that game from my coivd cell. Well done to the
players and support too
