No Marcus is a big, big blow. Hopefully DC has been told to give
Edwards the ball.
I’m still hopeful. Saints form has been patchy and we usually
show up for the Big Game.

Oh for crying out loud. We're making a big effort to get to this
game and I'm gutted it's Edwards at 10.

If we can get back to using Andre correctly, I would back
Edwards to then exploit some gaps. It's the game management I
worry about - especially as Saints have looked very effective in
attack this season so we could end up with a very ding-dong,
back-and-forth game. I'd feel so much more comfortable with
Marcus in there to take the whole thing by the scruff of the
neck in the last 20.
To win this one, we'll need to come out of the blocks firing
instead of coasting into the game for the first 20. Hopefully
we'll have Symo and Lewies shoring up the lineout and the front
row dominating the scrums from the off to set a platform for
Dommers and Andre to give us the go-forward and March, Louis and
Tyrone just go to work. Oh, and we'll need to turn up
defensively too.
No biggie :)

Confirmed that Smith and Chisholm are out due to Covid, but
should be back for Gloucs
Tualani also replaces Lamb as a rubber dub dub

As well as Lamb has played this season, I’m actually quite glad
we have a back row player on the bench instead of having to push
Lewies/Lamb to 6. Taulani looked powerful against Cardiff last
week so looking forward to seeing him again.

I hope Smith and Chisolm have not accidently given it to anyone
before they tested positive. If they have it could potentially
decimate the squad. It can take a few days before the others
test positive

The statement infers that they are over it ‘ but have not had
time to complete protocols’ before returning to full fitness.

Yeah, he retired 4 years ago.
