Sanderson should keep his beak out of it and concentrate on
Sale. They're not exactly sitting pretty in the table.
The salary cap is important. It ensures a level playing field
and keeps the league competitive. We must avoid rugby turning
into football, where the top four is effectively monopolised by
the richest clubs (or sugar daddy owners to be more precise).

You need a pantomime villain. With Sanderson you get all that.
Except for the pantomime bit obviously.

More in the Times this morning and what we had always thought.
Overseas players in 2016/17 had 2 or 3 contacts one would be
nothing to do with Tigers and would be paid directly by the
image rights company to the player. EG salary cap £150,000 extra
30,000 from image rights. Now I wonder how many other Clubs were
doing that?

Apart from the clubs mentioned, none have until there are
grounds or evidence to think so. Ever since they were caught,
some Saracens fans have made a concerted effort to smear all
clubs as doing the same as them (check out the Planet Rugby
forum and various comments on newspaper websites articles on
Leicester's allegations), not because they believe it to be true
but to lessen the stench around Saracens due to years of
breaking the rules (good luck with that). The irony being is
that for years they were screaming 'PROOF!?' at anyone who made
allegations towards their club, now they smear all clubs as
doing the same as them without any proof whatsoever.

I see that Manu Tuilagi has a limited company Manusamo Tuilagi
(UK) Limited that has Corporation Tax liabilities in
2016/17/18/19 that indicate some healthy profits and no property
involved it would appear. Dan Cole has a company Pick and Go
Limited that seems to have bought a bit of property in the same
period.
Does anyone know what TER LLP does/is for ? appears to have all
current and a lot of former internationals as "partners"
including some of our players.

can and can’t do in the Salary cap and what is being
