I think that IF Leicester are found guilty of cheating for three
years, warned and promise not to do it again and then three
years later are found guilty of cheating for a further three
years and then suffer a points deduction and then refuse to open
their books for the current season and are then relegated but
keep the trophies won by cheating and those who organised the
cheating in place that they should be regarded in exactly the
same was as other proven cheats!

If found guilty, surely it proves Leicester are rubbish at

Was going to say the same, if over e seasons as rumoured, you’d
have to ask a’ What was the point”
And the other irony is it was only Sarries points deduction etc
that stopped them being relegated last season

Well you can try if you like but you won't get anywhere as it is
done and dusted. That's why we can discuss the ludicrously
lenient punishment and the lack of contrition and action from
the Cheats with regard to other suggested breaches.

I know the investigation relates to historic image rights
payments, so this question is completely unrelated, but does
anyone know how you can with a player/coach, such as
Wigglesworth, under the cap? Not suggesting any funny business
at all, just interested if anyone knows how this is covered, if
they have to apportion the salary and if so, how they calculate
it

Well, if you think back to “The Hand of Back” incident, then
they are rubbish at cheating, the whole world, except for the
match officials, saw it happen, but they got away with it!

The player/coach thing was used quite a few years back to get
around the cap. My recollection is they changed the rules so ALL
the salary contributes to the cap.
