I thought it was last season but might have misread. Eyes are

Several posters on 606 think it's Quins, but that it's a minor
breach and we'll pay the fine and move on

I understood there is/was no salary cap in the championship, so
rules out salarycens.

It's the same as the prem I believe.

I believe it's something like "if you get promoted out the
championship you have to prove that you've abided by the
Premiership salary cap regulations, even though they don't
actually apply in the championship".

As referenced above, it won't be us as we had to open our books
when we won the whole show, plus we fessed up to a minor breach
earlier, not the actions of a team in breach.
Last season I'd have thought Brizz, Chiefs or Sale (sorry
Yareet) but could have been Tigers. It will all out eventually,
I'm sure.

Lots of clubs cut players' wages when grounds were closed, so I
wonder if subsequent back payments might have an issue.

I’d be shocked if it’s us as Orange has been so vocal about it
and until the last couple of seasons we were always well under
the cap. Manu can’t have cost that much - especially with Tigers
chipping in.
But then I’d guess many team’s fans would be surprised if their
club was found guilty of a massive overspend.

Seen a post doing the rounds claiming to be from Quins admitting
it’s us. It seems a bit strange and can’t work out how to attach
a screenshot.
