I'm gonna have to give it a miss, trains are up the swanny, rail
works meaning an extra hour on the journey taking the scenic
route, which isn't too appealing, especially as both games are
on the TV also.
Hope it does go ahead with fans in the stadium, will make it a
much better spectacle and good for the club and fans who can get
there.

It didn’t appear to be available via the normal Ticketmaster
resale option. I’d be amazed if anyone bought them anyway.

Since one of the key arguments for restrictions is to reduce
impact on the NHS, and it seems Omicron does not lead to as many
hospitalisations...then...perhaps the argument for lockdown is
not so great with this flavour virus.

Omicron appears to be less severe, but also much more
infectious. Unchecked, the number of hospitalisations could
actually be higher, even if it’s a smaller proportion of total
cases. Given that it’s also sufficiently different from other
variants that vaccines are significantly less effective, there’s
arguably an even stronger case for lockdown if case counts keep
rising.
