what the Welsh & Scottish governments have done.

Bojo should be leading not following the devolved governments,
London appears to be Omnicrom central at the moment with an
estimated ,by the Zoe scientists, 1 in 20 now having COVID and
       its going up.
With 40 % being asymptotic you could be spreading it
unknowingly so their advice is to minimise your contacts as much
as possible. They also say that it appears to be milder at the
moment with cold like symptoms for most, certainly the case for
my wife! but as always some have worse outcomes.
I really don’t want games behind closed doors again, cancelled
or postponed, and I fully appreciate that the Big game is a
big money maker for the club but I also agree and think the
       writings on the wall.
We also have no clue about the current infection rates at Quins
or Northampton maybe none, a few or significant numbers
hopefully it’s none but the whole thing could already be in
       doubt if there are positives.
Whatever happens stay safe, consider others and if the game does
go ahead do what YOU want, but remember it is on TV.....

As I understand it, if Bojo just tells us to cancel BG13 - that
       is just advice.
He needs to take it to parliament and a vote to make it law.
Parliament is in recess at the moment, so would have to be
       recalled.
I don't think he has time to cancel the game or to limit the
       attendance.

Does the Mayor of London, Mr Khan, have any powers to restrict
the game? He’s already invoked the “Major Incident” clause -
perhaps he’s also able to make decisions on other aspects of
       London life…?

So far, as far as I am aware, all restrictions implemented
have been voted on retrospectively by parliament and I know he
said that he would, in future, get parliamentary approval before
implementing further restrictions but it isnt as though he has
extend the truth( ok lied) before to suit his agenda is it

Need 48hrs to recall parliament notice, and that has to be done
for major changes ( according to the news)
However should cobra decide they have no option they can do
       something
Hospital beds in London are apparently only 20% of what they
where this time last year, Sadiq wants more funding
Who knows where it will end up, don’t want to go don’t , want to
go great enjoy it, I intend to

I think TBG will be fine now, 5 days to go and unless things
change dramatically I reckon the earliest we would see anything
resembling a lockdown (however pointless it would be) would be
       after the BH.
Don't forget I'm usually very negative!

Cases are already lower than what was forecast. If you want to
go, go. If you do not feel comfortable, then dont.

His powers extend to being in the right place at the right time
for any photo op, managing to turn any situation into an
opportunity fore self-promotion, and not much else
