Don't understand why Dragons vs Lyon is still on? Do the
Welsh/Wales have exemptions the English & Scots don't?

Lyon most likely have a private plane to ensure they get back to
France before the 12am cut-off

And it's all basically pointless as there is more moronic in
France as a % of tests that in the UK apparently. Even if there
wasn't the r number guarantees that once you've got one care
you've got lots

The Montpelier/Leinster case was flagged earlier in the week,
with the COVID19 cases making the game unplayable. It was dealt
with using the EPCR rules that came into force last year.
All other not CV19 infringed games playable after Friday
midnight were dealt with under the then incoming change to force
majeure to be implemented after Friday 23:59 p.m.
Two events with different timings dealt with by differing rules
applying in their own time frame.

Martin Bayfield just said Leinster are very unhappy and will be
