But where are they going they can't go to other premiership
clubs because they're all going to have the same problem with
the salary cap. Can't imagine that France can pick up that many
premiership stars and Genge can't go there anyway if he wants to
keep playing for England

Yep. That’s my thinking too.
I can’t see how clubs are going to be able to afford squads with
multiple England players unless they’re cheating … now where
have we seen that before?

The implications of the reduced salary cap are going to hit
players in the pocket, the average player will have to take a
pay cut or try and move on. The only 2 places to move are Japan
and France, neither of which will want an average Englishman on
a top salary. However, big names are a different matter and the
implications for England could be quite severe as its possible a
few of the top players will have to go abroad to continue to
receive the high salary. I just hope the RFU have factored this
in for players representing England, as they might have to
change qualification rules. The Premiership may need to reduce
the number of SA / SSI playing at a club.

I’m not sure I understand the claim you’re making here given
that AJ’s going to Bristol, Ford to Sale, Koch to Wasps and now
Genge to (allegedly) Bristol.
Players are definitely moving to other Prem clubs

True, but at some point the players have to get real. There is
very little money in rugby and by constantly demanding more
money that’s just not there, the situation becomes unsustainable
to the point that professional rugby is under threat. Yes, they
can follow the money and go to France or Japan, but then it
becomes a straight choice between financial gain and sporting
ambition or make money or play for England.

Thank you Daily Telegraph for backing up my thoughts. More about
Family, as well as the money. Don't you get some kind of credit
or compo for players being away with England? That way, the
backups, should you loose your main props on international duty,
are a good standard.
Hadn't heard of any Vunipola rumours, please elaborate? Also,
can't see him coming to Quins unless he knows Marler is off at
the end of the season and none of us want that.

Both Mako and Billy are considering offers from France and Japan
now Jones has left them out of his plans.

Yup, it all depends who they lose. Bristol are likely to lose
Hughes and there's probably a few others that'll head off. No
point speculating on who can afford what when we don't know
who's leaving.
