Debateable.
Fly on the night of the 2nd. Arrive on the 3rd. Then 10 days
quarantine after a week of quarantine already. Then 5 days to
prepare for a professional rugby match?
It's going to take more than 5 days for players to recover their
fitness and be ready for a game. There's a safety aspect to
trying to play a collision sport after that break.

Will have to make team up with internationals and academy or
forfeit game , according to this
Cardiff’s upcoming quarantine means they will have to field a
makeshift side made up of Wales internationals and academy
products for next Saturday’s European Champions Cup opener with
Toulouse. Those players who travelled to South Africa will not
be out of quarantine by the time of the game, scheduled for
December 11, but Cardiff are still keen to play the fixture.

Dai Young just confirmed that they're going to try and play the
games with the academy players etc. The group that toured ruled
out of both games.
Bold but at least it means theres some rugby to support.

As the Welsh side will be without 48 players and backroom staff
who will either be quarantining in England or South Africa, they
intend to field a team comprised of academy players, reserves
and Wales internationals who did not travel to South Africa.

Quins but we have got a number of internationals back home and
we’ll do everything in our power to honour these fixtures."

"Everything in our power" suggests it isnt 100%. I'm certain
they'll need to loan players.

That's a tough ask, taking on Toulouse with largely an
academy/reserve team. Hard to see them doing better than the
0-28 for forfeiting. But it's a home game so presumably it will
cost a few quid if they forfeit.

Based on who they have available, I guess the team to face
Toulouse and then Quins will be made up of these players with
academy/loan players filling the blanks.

Would we expect Quins to put out a full strength team against
such opposition? Or maybe rotate players I.e. Steele for DC?

I would assume they'll see what happens in the Toulouse game
