I thought our accuracy was way off today -otherwise we would
       have won comfortably

Very frustrating. Irish were good in defence. We kept probing
and found some good avenues. We scored some great tries but were
ultimately let down by fluffing 3 or 4 really good chances.
Our scrum was superior and we had a period in the second half
when we were destroying them in the scrum. We kept going for a
scrum to win another pen, and potentially a yellow, rather than
going for a try. After that, they went up the other end and
scored. It was the turning point.
I thought that break at the end was going to be our reward but,
unfortunately, it was fluffed again. Ridley didn't like us and
hasn't liked us since he was criticised for giving us the
correct penalty try against Exeter a few years ago. I would have
       said that if we won!
Walker continues to look good and could be excellent in the long
term. Marler was immense and André carried hard. Taulani made
some good ground during his minutes. Looking forward to him
getting a run out in the first team soon.
Anyway, we lost Allan and Northmore today, and Marchant is out
for another week. Maybe Jones will partner André against Tigers?
Anyanwu might get promoted to the bench. Perhaps David will be
       number 23?
What is it about playing Irish at home??!!! Sigh.

Agreed. We just didn't execute. Fluffed three or four good
positions in the first half before Northmore's try, and then we
came away with nothing after the three scrums right on their
line early in the second half.
Fair play to Irish. They where more clinical than us and their
line-out was excellent, giving them a great platform.

Yep. That first offload could have been great but it just
slipped out of his hand and forward. Summed it all up, really!!!

Surprised he didn't back himself following a Quins clean break
       in the first half.

Shame he knocked on, but the break was excellent. he was just
waiting for some support, thats why he fluffed it

Yeah. I’d agree with all of that.
Taulani looks raw, but based upon that cameo, it looks like
there’s talent to work with there.
We really should have used the dominance of scrum, rather than
       trying to engineer a yellow.
Overall though, fair play to Irish, they took their chances and
were the better team in the second half.

Wasn't able to watch it all, but from what I did www, we could
have scored several more but then again so could they. We seemed
to create plenty of chances but then knock on or get penalised.
They created quite a few but then took the wrong option.
Resting key players looks w bad decision in hindsight, but then
hindsight is a luxury. If it means they're fresh come the end of
the season and possible play offs then great.
We always seem to lose yo Irish. Very frustrating. Can't see us
winning at tigers so big game suddenly becomes very important
