The ref was right there and he didn't think it was short. Mind
you, he called several fictitious knock ons and really didn't
like our scrum, so what did he know?

Should have walked that. Several stonewall try scoring
opportunities completely butchered. Nevertheless, Anyanwu
looks the real deal; an aggressive, ball-playing 12 in the JTH
mould. Thought Vulami looked good in spells too. Benson will
learn a lot from Hutchinson trying to weave his magic around him
as well. All in all very promising, and not nearly as bad as
some on here would have you believe.

Quins were definitely the best team out on the pitch tonight,
even though they found themselves behind. Some real positives,
Musk was quality. Centre partnership looked sharp in space, and
Benson looked good too taking the ball to the line and showed
some great nerves to slot the winning conversion. Beard also
looked good when we managed to get him into shape. Only players
I was particularly disappointed in were Steele and David.
Thought Steele was really laboured at the breakdown and David
wasn’t great under the high ball.

Saints were there for the taking. We butchered some quality
chances through unforced errors and poor decision making. We did
well to keep going and probably deserved the W. Anyanwu was
quality and I thought Steele was pretty good.

Really - thought we were fortunate to win that - didn't see us
as the better team at all - "mind you i thought Huw Jones was
the best player on the pitch

It was in front of us and it looked like he lost it forwards
with the ball finishing just over the line.

They looked better than us for the majority of the game.

Sorry Riggoleto, we all have an opinion of course but Steele was
awful. Got isolated twice which butchered 2 tries and he was at
least 10 metres off of rucks and slowly ambled to them. Stafford
had a good cameo as well.
Benson, Anyanwu, Beard and Musk were really good and Hammond in
the second row stood out too.
Awful game overall, broke up too much and as for the water
carriers.....

It was right in front of us, and I'm sure he dropped it as he
went go ground it, but no TMO, so benefit of the doubt, I
suppose...
