Anyone experiencing connection reset messages?

I mean frequently enough to be irritating, not the occasional
internet glitch we're all used to.
Someone reported a problem on Android using both chrome and edge
internet browsers.
I haven't seen that problem, and as usual if I can't reproduce
it it's difficult to fix.
Anyone?
New Info: They experienced the same thing happening on the PC as
well as Android.

Occasionally on pc I receive a connection error message but then
a second or two later it connects, assumed it was a work/network
firewall issue.
Not had any issues on Samsung android phone or tablet.

I was accessing from my Android phone earlier and no problems
using the mobile version Admin

I've been getting a lot of timeouts recently. Firefox on
Android. No issues with other websites.
