well its official, parking in rosbine cancelled for the Irish
game as RFU using solely for the game over the road. Guess I'll
be watching at home then, bloody stupid idea playing the two
games on the same day.

Why not park round Strawberry Hill station and walk up/train to
Twickenham?

Isn't it cheaper to just park in one of the public car parks in
Twickenham?

Also, you can park in the Arragon Road multi-storey for 2 hours
for free is you buy some items from Waitrose (£30 I think).
So, park up, watch game, on way back to car - buy 6 bottles of
wine, pay a couple of quid for parking.

So incredibly stupid of RFU and Quins scheduling the same day,
30 mins apart! Trains are gonna be rammed in and out of
Twickenham, will be lucky to get to the game on time and home in
a reasonable time. But it's all about the money right! I'll have
to give it a miss, no choice. Oh and getting £7 back for not
being able to park, woo.....hoo

Never parked in the Rosebine myself. Always managed to find
suitable options nearby or within a 20 min walk of the Stoop. Ba
Bas game wont be too full I wouldn't have thought.

A ridiculous situation of the 6 Premiership games that weekend
only Quins v Irish is on Saturday. Why thy didn't put one of the
other matches on the Sat to me is just stupid. Almost seems like
it is BT Sport / Premiership Rugby sticking 2 fingers up at the
RFU. Crazy

It's a lot more difficult on an "event day".

I've done it numerous times on an event day. It's more difficult
and can involve a longer walk but it's certainly doable.
The whole situation is way less than ideal though and very
surprised that the games are going ahead on the same day without
properly staggered kick offs.

You could always try and buy a pass from RFU likely to be £10?

It is all do-able, but none the less it is incredibly stupid
scheduling! Why on earth it has been done completely escapes me.
