Or instead of just guessing you could read the regulations. Or
       this thread. Which you started.

Co-incidentally, World Rugby is about to vote on changing the
regs slightly. The idea is to allow players, particularly
Pacific Islanders who've been capped a handful of times, to
eventually play for their 'home' nation. It would cover players
like Piutau, potentially the Vunipolas (all Tonga), Nathan
Hughes & Semi, Rokoduguni (both Fiji).
       From the BBC:
"International players will be able to switch nationality if
revolutionary changes to eligibility rules are voted through by
       World Rugby later this month.
Under the new proposals, players will be able to represent the
country of their or their ancestors' birth after a three-year
       stand-down period.
The likes of All Blacks superstar Charles Piutau could represent
Tonga as soon as next year in what would be a major boost to
Pacific Island nations before the 2023 Rugby World Cup."

Indeed, Jedzi. I believe that's what happens in cricket these
       days.

Yeah I could do but, I’m lazy so I just wrote what I thought was
       correct.
       Sorry.
Am I right though? Just to save me from reading it!
