What a meek loss in the end. Quins were looking really good in
the first half although Saracens were pretty poor and were
gifted their 9 points from some completely needless penalties.
No zip and little fight in the second half, also punctuated by
hesitancy and poor decision making.

There's always a forward pass in the build up to a late winning
try. Just ask the supporters of the losing team.

When Allan came off we never seemed to play off 10 - i agree a
few decisions like the DC drop goal and kick at the posts moved
us away from the Quins way. Ref was very inconsistent but
sometimes it's how the cookie crumbles - Could've (maybe
should've) won, but 1 point against Saracens isn't completely
the the end of world.

Far too many negative words on here after that game :-(
Leading sarries until the 70 something minute a good take away.
Good work by Tizz on that try! Allan's insane pass also fab to
watch.
Green, hungry all through the match.
I think the play tactics were spot on in the first half. Good
Quins style play.
Using what we had to work with. Given the massive wins Sarries
have had in the last
few games, this was a good wake up call for them.
Giving Sarries the ball at any point is always a bad idea as has
been mentioned.
Some fussy quins penalties and missed offsides and high tackles
etc from Sarries and there
you go.
Hope we smash the rest of our games and learn from this one :-)

Disappointing result. The decisions for DC's drop goal and the
Edwards penalty shot from 40 metres cost us (particularly the
latter). We haven't been doing that all season so why change?
Sarries ground out a result playing 7/10 rugby. Good on them,
bit I'd be bored silly watching that all season.
Big shout out to Lawday. Thought he was outstanding today.

QP, I can't agree that we didn't show any fight. We spent a lot
of time battering away and had plenty of time in their half,
chanced our arms repeatedly, and got on top of them in the pack.
We lost thanks to some good Saracens defense allied to a lack of
control from 10 for Quins, some butchered chances, and some poor
discipline.
As Loz said after the game, Saracens were second best for most
of that.

I watched the clip on BT Sports and couldn't see a forward pass.

Fair enough. I just thought we looked like a different team in
the second half. I thought we showed some fight in the last
minute.
