Fair enough. It was the second to last pass.

Marginal, but definitely forward.

The pass looked fine on TV!

Good comment. I was one of a few predicting that SGB would be
marmalised in the scrum. Fair play, he stood up to the test.

Thought the whole front row were fine (Walker seems to have
settled in well). Tizard had a very good game. Lamb's seriously
dumb yellow card hurt us - think if Lewies was coming on, Lamb
should have been the one to give way. Back row all also good,
with the excellent Lawday the pick. DC good for the first 50
mins but often runs out of gas. Steele should be getting more
game time. Edwards wasn't bad for a third choice! Missed the
penalty and touch kicks were a bit short but created a lovely
try. Andre fantastic, I can only assume he had a knock to be
subbed. Northmore ok, Murley and Green excellent. Lynagh sparky
as ever but got turned over running into isolation more than
once. On the subs, Lewies and Wilco looked really rusty and
short of match fitness. Jones was poor, but has had very little
game time. I remember Andre being criticised in his first few
games.

Andre definitely took a knock. Looked groggy when he came off
and looked like he was spitting blood.

Completely agree about the penalty. We had the momentum and
going for a 4th try seemed like our natural option. Missing it
was definitely a turning point. We tried not to lose it from
that moment, rather than killing them off.
The drop goal seemed odd too, as I thought we had penalty
advantage. But I am perhaps wrong about that.
In any case, we were just too desperate not to lose that game
which meant that we made some odd decisions and didn't let our
normal attacking play flow. André needed to stay on for the
whole game too!
Sarries were ruthless at taking the penalties and created two
good tries. I will forever be grateful that I don't support
them, though! 3 or 4 high tackles and cheap shots in the first
15 minutes. I know it's rugby and not a teddy bears' picnic but
they were allowed to get away with stuff.
Wasps away is going to be an interesting game. We need a bit of
a boost. We played well today and have got more gears to go.
Edit: Just read above about André coming off. I didn't see that.
Hope he is okay.

I don't think Lamb's yellow was stupid, it's a clean out we see
a hundred times. Lewies got up clutching his head when he won a
turnover because he got smashed straight on the bonce.

Jack Walker has been a really good addition. He is relishing his
run of starts. Riley will enjoy and deserves, some starts in the
cup, no doubt. Collier was very good today, particularly his
tackling. He and Kerrod will give Wilco time to get fit.
Santi had a very good game. People were worried about his
quality and his habit of conceding daft pens (which was my
concern) but I thought he was great today. Long may that last!
Lamb and Tizard looked good and the back row were excellent.
Kenners is magnificent and Lawday, who always does a job, was
really looking dynamic in the loose. Chis is always ace.
Just wanted to give a bit of love to the forwards!

Good game from your team today.
Green and chrisholm caught the eye for me. Definitely you have a
few players who can really bounce a tackle, plus getting over
the ball really was great.
Very fine margins at many points in the game.
