There's an interesting article from Bothma on the struggles he's
had -

Glad to hear that he's on the up again, always enjoyed watching
him play - though don't think he'd get into the current back
row.
The article includes another damning indictment of Gustard:

I watched the highlights of the Tel Aviv game in Russia on
youtube a few days back (I should really get out more) and he
looked to be enjoying his rugby. After reading the article you
can only wish him the best of luck.
