Has anyone had problems downloading the e-ticket for this game?
I'm just trying to get my ticket onto my phone & it just sits
there with a "loading" screen...

I am having the same problem, just says 'loading' and nothing
happens. Have not been able to print anything off yet.

I emailed Gloucester Customer Service & they managed to sort it
out. If yuo're still having problems, I suggest emailing. Took
around an hour & three/four emails each way.

They were efficient & replied within about quarter of an hour,
and Rhi (the girl I was emailing) then replied withing a couple
of minutes of my replies to her. I have a feeling that their
e-ticketing system may work well for regular buyers/fans, but
struggles for away fans buying one or maybe two tickets per
season

A gentleman named Mark in Gloucester Customer Service sorted it
out and problem now resolved. Thanks for the tip. Looking
forward to Sunday COYQ !

I'm glad someone mentioned this, as I would probably have just
tried to download or print the tickets on Saturday before
leaving for Gloucester otherwise.
I've sent my email to customer service. Hopefully will get it
sorted tomorrow.
