Attendance Figures

I see the attendance figures were below 12,000 again so a fair
bit short of capacity.
Do you think it's a hangover from last season? time of year?
Must be a bit worrying when the club is considering a lot bigger
stadium for the future.

I’m not sure we should be basing our business model on Kevin
Costner doing some light gardening in a corn field to play

Im sure someone on the old board posted stats about Quins often
being quieter in September - not sure who?
There is no correlation between success and crowd sizes though -
look at Saracens?

To me, and without facts to hand, I get the impression that
attendances are down at a lot of games so far this year the
highlights so far have shown lots of empty seats at all grounds.
I accept that I may be wrong so apologies if the facts do show
I am.

It's hard to compare like for like attendance figures. It
depends if the game is Friday, Saturday or Sunday and what time
it is. It depends if it's early in the season or late. It
depends who we're playing.
However, our first two home games last season (ignoring LDH)
9th Sept Gloucester Att: 12,919
23 Sept Tigers 14,418
And the actual home fixtures we played last year were
6 Oct Sale 14,128
4 Mar Bath 7,450 (Sun)
At least we nearly doubled last years attendance for the Bath
game.

Well, to be fair that season was a bit of a statistical blip on
the trend.
