I think it's both - Austin is right, they seem to drop off
massively. They want to play like Quins but don't have the gas.
Hell of a second half performance. I felt a lot better after the
first few minutes of it, when they had a load of ball and we
just shut them out with a degree of ease. Clearer thinking,
better discipline, and a huge improvement. Dombrandt was
phenomenal! Almost a perfect half of rugby, though Danny had a
       game to forget.
       Well done Quins. Amazing team.

Tommy Allan is a Premiership quality fly half, but Marcus Smith
       is another level altogether.
It was clear from the first try that Quins had it in them to win
this, but I didn't think it would be this emphatic. We left a
lot of points out there and still scored over 50.
I feel a bit for Bristol, because you don't expect to score 24
and come away with nowt. But they must have gone in at half time
thinking "Oh [expletive of choice]. We haven't built a big
       enough lead."

Maybe. When you are playing well the energy is there. Our boys
       can run all night.
First 10 they looked nervous. Kept us out and then got some
confidence. As soon as we scored early second half the doubts
set in for them and the energy levels dropped. I think if we
had scored early in the first half they would have crumbled
then. That result could kill them tonight (without sounding
       dramatic)

I definitely think they have some mental issues as well, but as
Kay pointed out early in the second half, they were out on their
       feet.

I love reading these threads after the fact.
First 10 posters clearly forgotten the semi, I honestly hand to
heart never had a doubt we wouldn’t come back, the narrative was
there and When Bristol scores they took it well but was off the
back of a bad call or a stupid action from us, they never got a
strangle hold on the game like Smith did within mins of taking
       to the pitch.

One of the best nights ever at the stoop. Whoever said zero
atmosphere, well I don’t know what you were watching. The stoop
was electric tonight, we loved it. Class, absolute class from 1
       - 15. Well played my boys. Marcus is a one in a generation
       talent. #coyq

We need to learn the lessons from that game aswell. I thought we
were a bit too sure of ourselves early on. Sloppy start. Saying
that, I liked the way we addressed that second half.
Hopefully a repeat for the women tomorrow.

Can we play this badly ever week please😱😜!......
I think no relegation allows us to play with more freedom and
abandon, losing doesn't matter anymore, so who gives a f**k we
can beat anyone! I also expect us to lose a few we'd normally
expect to win as other sides develop a never say die mentality
and try to play like Fijian 7s! I'll think we'll struggle a bit
in Europe against Castres, especially there, as their league is
ultra competitive with a very strong 2nd tier, and relegation,
their intensity might surprise us after our 'miracle'
performances. However(the joy of being a quins
fan🍾🍺😁), we could easily put 30/40
points on them. Loving it atm, COYQ or should it be KGYQ! (Keep
going you Quins)? Hopefully meet up with a few regular posters
       in Castres!
