The simple reason is almost certainly that they do pull in good
audiences and help BT to sell subscriptions & advertising. It's
       a numbers game for BT.
At a guess - neutral fans watch Sarries more as they have a very
high player recognition factor: Mako, Jamie G, Itoje, Billy V,
Farrell, Daly, etc. No other prem side can match that.

Give us time... after the Autumn Internationals, it might be
       different.

I am outraged that you aren't outraged.
But not as outraged as I am by the seven years of systematic
cheating which is why for me the Premiership this season
consists of twelve clubs and I refuse to watch any game
involving the cheats even when we are playing them.
But each to their own of course.

I doubt many, if any, fan would rather watch Sarries over Quins
at the moment. I don't know a single person who would. Sarries
are probably the most boring team in the league at the moment.
It wouldn't surprise if the media went over the top about London
Irish instead those neutral fans would soon change to wanting to
       watch them .
