Got in first time, a few in front did not, used the Visa
membership card fine. And I've never activated it for payment,
it's simply to get in the ground as a standard membership card,
simples. Hope those who had issues will get them sorted by the
next game in a couple of weeks.

Well thousands did realise and didn't have an issue.
Only got yourself to blame.

I used Visa type card and didn’t get in, at first then they let
me in

Clearly a lot of people didn’t see the message hence the queues.
I don’t recall seeing new cards but as others have them these
must have been sent.
Confusingly my wife’s and my old style card did not work yet our
son’s did.

It seems the cards were sensitive to which way you held them in
the sensor - I think the chip end has to go in first, like you
were using it in a payment machine

pathetic thread ffs the club are trying to move forward in the
best way and a few moaners think this is an issue . probably the
same lot who think they need to be supplied with top quality
take away food from
dugmeaf stalls

I'm surprised the stewards didn't think to advice advice
supporters to download thr app and get in that way you can now
have your season ticket on your phone. That could have saved a
lot of problems.
A friend of mine didnt bring his new card but used his phone.
Its a good way to do it but I don't think that was communicated
well.

Hundreds of people couldn't get into the game. Has that ever
happened before?
