Season ticket issue

Has anyone else had problems receiving their new season ticket?
I changed my seat in May and was told my new ticket would be
issued in August. That was revised to first two weeks of
September. Monday this week I managed to get through by phone
after holding for ages and was told they were posted first class
last Friday. Still nothing and when I tried calling today was
greeted with a message saying they are not answering the phone.
Sent an email and received automated reply stating response
would be within 72 hours (ie kick-off time Saturday) :-\ :-\ I
am absolutely ~*!*~ fuming.

I also changed seat and received my new season ticket on Monday.
I also got an email from the club today saying:
"All remaining Membership Welcome Packs (including seasonal
parking passes and Membership cards where applicable) will land
on doorsteps this week – thank you for your patience. 20/21
Membership cards are still valid for renewing Members who have
not changed seat(s) or contact name. If your card will not be
delivered before the Worcester match for any reason the Club
will be in contact to provide a temporary matchday ticket for
access."
So if they haven't contacted you then hopefully you receive
yours tomorrow or Friday.

No new card for me as I haven't moved seat, but my pack with
membership pin arrived today.

wife's arrived today with welcome notes literature and a new pin
members badge nothing else so I guess we use previous card. Mine
still not here and I guess the parking pass with it

If you haven't moved seat, then yes the card from last season is
still valid.

Still no sign of a member pack. I don't need a new card, but I
do need a car park pass.
They have said via email I will receive a one-off car park pass
on email to print at home.
Hope it's better than last weeks women's game as I had to chase
multiple times and eventually received my email parking pass two
hours before the game just as I leaving for the train!

Uri says don’t bother to print car park passes show on phone. I
printed Cardiff and it took half a cartridge of ink quite
absurd. Quins need to wise up to be eco friendly and stop
printing with large colour adverts and Large cups just black and
white or using phones.
