Membership Points in My Stoop Portal

At the end of August in had 700+ points in the My Stoop points
portal. On logging in in mid September I saw my balance drop to
around 70. I assumed this was an error and would see these
reappear at some stage
Today, on looking at the previous activity section I can see the
31st August there was a "End Of Season Points Cleardown" whereby
600+ membership points disappeared from my account.
Now, I may have missed some correspondence here, but if I have
not; I'm quite frankly very disappointed that all my points have
evaporated without warning - especially as a lot of these came
from apportioning part of my season ticket value to the club
last year and seems that loyalty has not been repaid.
As I've said i'm very happy to eat my words if I've missed
something which warned me that the points were due to be cleared
down. Was anyone else aware of this?

Correspondence was sent saying they would be lost. I spent mine
on a few bits.

Thanks both - looking through my past mails I cant see where it
would have been? Either way, may have ended up in junk mail and
missed it that way.

I can't find it now either, but I remember seeing seeing
something about extending how long they were valid, they would
usually expire end of June.

I had an email on 26 August 2021 reminding me to use my points.
Subject was "It's Nearly Time To Come Home"
