What's done is done. I think Saracens got off lightly, but
they've served their punishment and are back.
I feel sorry for their fans, who had nothing to do with it (even
though there were a lot of them who were pretty obnoxious about
the very suggestion that there might have been wrongdoing). I
feel sorry for any players who weren't aware of what was going
on (though I suspect there were not many of them).
That will not stop me supporting every other side against them.
If you go by what the likes of Dippy and Gustard have said, they
were systematically cheating for almost a decade, during which
time they won 9 trophies.
Besides, Bristol play a better brand of rugby.

Saracens have never apologised for cheating for years, for
winning by cheating for years. This is why they, IMO, deserve
the ongoing chants of disrespect.

Agreed - Sarries players and coaches included. An apology would
have made a big difference for me.

Based on the game so far, the over-celebration of the mundane is
really going to grate this season.

Well, it has to be admitted that Sarries look as efficient as
ever. I thought they might be rustier, but this is pretty
impressive.
Bristol have really felt the lack of Radradra and the other
Piutau in midfield, and Nathan Hughes looks like a spent force.

Hats off to sarries, amazing defensive effort but Bristol
seriously looked devoid of ideas on how to turn them around.
Bullied at the set piece as well.

Only saw the second half, which Bristol list 17-0. They were
lucky to get nil, tbh.
Agree that Sarries had good defence and scrum. Lineout less so.
But Bris really were poor.

Sarries defence was very impressive, but they didn’t need to do
much more than kick the ball away and wait for Bristol to knock
it on. Was really looking forward to the game but quite frankly
it was a very dull game of rugby.
