Big game 13

Dear Adrian,
Were delighted to announce that tickets will soon be on sale
for Big Game 13 exclusively to our 2021/22 Season Ticket
Members!
Look out for an email from the Club tomorrow (8th September)
with details on how you can secure your seat to the biggest
event in world club rugby, before tickets go on General Sale.
Please note: This season will see a change to the usual process
of claiming your free Big Game ticket. While Season Ticket
Members have until 20th December to claim their free ticket,
your exclusive window to guarantee the best seats in the house
closes on Wednesday 15th September. All remaining seats will
then be placed on General Sale. All tickets will be available to
claim and purchase online at tickets.quins.co.uk.
KEY DATES
Wednesday 8th September Exclusive Season Ticket Member window
opens
Wednesday 15th September Big Game 13 General Sale opens
Monday 20th December Deadline to claim your free Big Game 13
ticket

Be good if the date for this one could be confirmed. I realise
it's only up until game week 7 that match dates are confirmed so
far but just wish there was a bit more clarity on this one.
Really hope this doesn't actually happen on Boxing day and is on
the substitute bank holiday the day after instead.

Yh same, I read my email just before seeing your post. Would
have thought confirming the date in that email would have been
the ideal time to do so.

I would say it's very likely that the game will be on the 27th
rather than Boxing Day. We have never held Big Game on the 26th.
Here's our history:
BG1 Sat 27th
BG2 Sun 27th
BG3 Mon 27th
BG4 Tue 27th
BG5 Sat 29th
BG6 Sat 28th
BG7 Sat 27th
BG8 Sun 27th
BG9 Tues 27th
BG10 Sat 30th
BG11 Sat 29th
BG12 Sat 28th
Following that pattern, I fully expect the game to be on Monday
the 27th. I would guess that the RFU, Met & Transport Police,
Richmond Council, SW Trains, BT Sport, etc would push to have
the day before the game to do the necessary prep-work, move
staff/vehicles/concession trucks/Broadcast equipment in place on
Boxing Day rather than Christmas Day.

I think between 9 & 10k.. waiting on the official announcement,
but earlier last week in an article Laurie said they had record
take up on ST's for this season
I think the game is 27th Dec (so the replacement Monday) without
public transport - no chance it being on 26th.

27th and 28th are Bank Holidays due to the 25th and 26th falling
at the weekend so whatever they do it's going to be tricky.
