Mine is still in my Google pay wallet as an expired pass.
Season Ticket QR codes can also be seen in the Fanza app so
maybe we will be able to use that at some point.

Got all my tickets through today, mens game in post, mens and
womens parking via email, to go with the womens game ticket I'd
already got.
Using the tickets on your phone are tricky in the readers they
have installed, but I'll do it anyway and see how I get on.

I have two tickets for tomorrow’s game, but due to a family
emergency I will not be able to go. So if anyone wants them, let
me know your email address and I’ll send them on. Block FF Row

Does anyone know anything about what bars and food outlets will
be open/available?

Three corners had a single food stand so, technically, the
majority of 'areas' were open, though there was minimal choice,
massive queues, and incredibly slow service.
Technically the South West corner was open, though there was no
food, drink or seating there, but the area behind the North
Stand was blocked off.
I'll be viewing Quins announcements with greater scepticism than
ever from now on.

I emailed customer service about the over optimistic
announcement vs harsh reality.
James Swanson came back with a very nice response detailing it
was a reduced capacity game and many parts of the business being
under resourced.
He says it will all be there for Sept 25.
I've emailed back pointing out that the club could have told us
all this instead of that over optimistic statement they actually
made. If the club had told us from the off that there was no
West Stand bar, no bars in the South West corner, no Quins Head
then I wouldn't have ignored the bar in the North West corner
when I first arrived and ended up traipsing all the way round to
the East Stand and back with no drinks.

Would imagine that when they knew it was circa 4000 attending,
and I’m imagining a lot of those as free issue, they probably
made the financial decision not to have everything open
Would also imagine a lot of the stands would have wanted to
provide staff etc for what really is a low turnout for the
ground
Yes the opening statement should maybe have been left out, and
the waits where bad , here’s hoping that it’s just a blip and
all back to normal when season starts
Although no matter what happens, I’m sure it won’t keep everyone
happy

The West Stand Honours bar was mentioned in the original email
as unknown regarding whether it would be open or not, depending
on the prevailing Covid restrictions as it was being used as the
Home dressing room in the same way that the Mike Brown/Players
bar was used as the away dressing room. Whether that's still the
case in a few weeks time we'll have to wait & see, I guess.
One nice thing was the Debenture bar being opened to us plebs!
In 15 years that was the first time I'd been in there & it was
great to be able to see it at last. A funny thing was that after
the game when people were heading to the loos in the Kings bar,
there were queues for the gents. No-one at that point thought to
do what I did & head to the loos in the debenture area. No
queues at all! I guess the "class distinctions" are deeply
ingrained! ;)

If you attend a QUINSSA "meet the ref/player/management/coach
evening" they are often held in the debs' bar. And yes, it's
nice to see how the other half live.
