Have you logged into your account first?
Add the tickets you want, go to your basket the re allocate them
to friends and family.

I'll have another go but it kept saying "tickets held for 18
minutes" and then timing me out after about 90 seconds....

Thanks AdrianB I have succesfully completed my purchase. Only
thing I did differently was to Sign In to ticketmaster before I
started rather than after selecting seats. Cheers!
