Cardiff pre season tickets

Has anyone received their PDF tickets?
Email stated they would be emailed at least one week before but
haven’t seen anything yet

Email says that PDF tickets will be sent
If you have selected Print at Home tickets seven days or more
before a fixture, your tickets will be sent to you via email at
least one week ahead of the fixture as a separate PDF document.
You must then print that attachment in order to gain access to
the match/event, otherwise you may be denied access or charged a
reprint fee. Your tickets must be printed on A4 paper (one
ticket per page, single sided) and with a portrait orientation.
Please do not adjust the size or content of the ticket.

It’s under a week now for us and still not got our tickets.

It says that is should be one week before the game you get sent
the tickets. We have not had ours yet, has anyone else been sent
their print at home tickets sent to them for the Cardiff game?

I can't get my tickets ordered. I have my Friends & Family set
up on Ticketmaster but cannot find free tickets or somewhere to
enter our membership numbers for tickets....clunky!!
