If true it just adds to my belief that the Lions should be
finished, fruitless exercise the only people to benefit are
those looking to make money.

Rugby generally has a problem in letting coaches stay too long
and therefore not promoting young coaches.
While I would not advocate getting a young coach from the
Championship to lead the Lions, I would expect Premiership clubs
to be looking there if they had a vacancy.

Hmmm what a choice Inflexible Gatland or Inflexible Jones?
pretty much a sad state of affairs in my book....
Although in fairness they both know more about Rugby Coaching
than I do!!!

England and Wales lose narrowly in RWC to SA, So if a coach is
incapable of selecting a side from 4 Nations than can
comfortably beat SA then, how can he be a good coach !!!!

I think the Lions hierarchy who suggested this are simply being
polite. More likely are Farrell or Townsend, both of whom have
Lions coaching experience.
