I have stolen or borrowed this from the Bath board I found it
very interesting to compare the different Clubs and how they
have used finance

Shows what a nothing punishment Salaries received in the end, a
fine which is nothing to a multi-millionaire and a 9-month
sabbatical. And they got to keep their tainted trophies.

The CVC money isn’t recognised as revenue but does hit net
profit.

Different clubs are recognising it differently, some, including
us, over 4 years. Others all in year 1. It sounds like we also
wrote down the value of our PRL shares - not clear if this is
adjusted for in the EBITDA numbers.

No they can off set with previous years of losses

We wrote up the value of the shares on the prior year and so had
a smaller gain on disposal (that’s the way I read it anyway).
