       For the 50:22, does the ref have access to TMO etc, to help
       judge the close ones, where the ball may, or may not have
       crossed the touch line before/ after the 22m line ? By its very
       nature, the ref and ref assistants could be miles away, and
       would understandably find it difficult to make the very
       important call as to who throws into the lineout.

       What if you receive possession in the opponents half and are
       chased back into your half, does the law amendment still apply,
       I. E as in carrying back to you 22 where you then can't kick
       direct for touch?
