That is poor really. Fine that there may be delays in getting
the stock from the sweat shops but to not update us when a
deadline is due is bad.
Head of Lovell Rugby must go!!!!

According to a rather poor (subjective in the extreme) Daily
Torygraph review of next season's kits, it says of Northampton
Saints that "The away kit has a nice touch - names of supporters
who donated the remaining balance of their 2019/20 Season Ticket
back to the club during the pandemic all feature on the shirt."
So far as I know — did I miss something? — Quins did nothing at
all to say thank you to the supporters who donated the remaining
balance of their 2019/20 Season Ticket back to the club during
the pandemic.

I seem to remember at the beginning they said something would be
done for members who donated, not seen anything since.

Either it’s a big shirt, or there weren’t many donors, or the
donors’ names are in very small print.

They said they would do something when they could, they thanked
people by email at the time. To be honest I couldn't care less
if they do something, I didn't choose to donate based on
receiving something in return.

To be honest I think the administration side of the Club is
really struggling. Judging by the number of job vacancies on
Quins site I can see why. Have had a reply to the survey I sent
in after the Cardiff match and they are aware of the queueing
problem and are hoping to address it before Worcs. The sad thing
is we had a newbie with us and she will probably never go back
and there were others there. Let’s hope with a new Stadium
Manager they can sort it out. Let’s hope our car park passes
turn up plus any new expected season tickets that have changed
since last season.

I ordered a shirt a month ago and they were full frontal
suggesting that it wouldn't arrive until early October...

I contacted Lovell Rugby yesterday about my shirt. This is their
response:

the order as soon as possible,

Wow, that is a hideous, hideous response from the Lovell CS
Team. I wish there was a different way to reach them.
Funnily enough, I emailed Quins earlier as whilst I'm luckily
not in a similar position with those outfits, I'm still eyeing
up the new polo shirt which keeps having it's "stock due" date
pushed back. Quins CS just dumped the Lovell Support email
address on me and resolved the ticket. So suspect they're not
enamoured by this situation either.
To be honest, I sound like a keyboard warrior here, but never
trust a brand that doesn't have an active Twitter or Facebook
account. It's such an important way to reach them for help,
and/or give praise. The amount of good brands I've dealt with
over the years where Twitter has been invaluable, I lose count.
I even switched Energy Provider to Octopus because of the
support social support I got from them.
