They are part of Sports Direct. I find it frustrating that you
can’t avoid them or Ticketmaster if you like rugby or support
Quins.

They're awful. I've shopped with Lovell rugby since about
2004-05 and their service has always been second to none. I
ordered something this year that was in stock (for a birthday
present) and it took nearly 2.5 weeks for it to even be
dispatched. I sent an email enquiring before it was shipped and
a further email in complaint when it took 3 weeks to arrive (and
was late). I didn't ever receive a reply to either. Won't be
shopping with them again unless an unbeatable price forces my
hand.

I've had an email from Lovell today to say that they've
discounted their Lions range. From a quick look, by around 30%
or so.
Seems a bit soon to be discounting it, but if you're looking for
something, it's better priced now. Of course, it might go down
more in a week or two, stock permitting.

Suggest you go and try and purchase again and you will see a
revised delivery date which has been there for at least a month.

anyone had any further communication on their shirt
availability, was supposed to be arriving yesterday and I have
nothing to indicate its shipped even.

On Lovell website it is now saying stock not expected until 29
September. I haven't had an email. Pretty useless really
