I said to myself this morning that we'd need to score 40 points
to win. I should have bought a lottery ticket...

Anyone else notice one of the stewards trying his best not to
let Quins players on the pitch at the end? Nearly took Will
Evans out for next season also

Quite unbelievable!
Unfortunately I did not renew my season Ticket 3 years ago as I
could no longer afford it and with a journey from West Kent, the
expenses soon racked up. However, I have always tuned in to
Quins TV and highlights on a Monday evening and though not there
at the Stoop, I have been there in Spirit.
I want to say well done to everyone associated with Quins for
the way they have turned this season round. I have been helping
a friend move house over the last 2 weekends. Added to that his
internet connection is very poor. So listening to the games on
Radio was about the best I could manage. I am absolutely
thrilled for everyone at the club. You have achieved so much in
a short time. Here's to a night of celebration. COYQ!

I am really sorry that not everyone could be there, I was lucky
enough to go. The scenes at the end were incredible. Delirious
euphoric pandemonium. The stranger behind me gave me a hug. His
wife looked worried I might hug her. The old lady in front of me
turned around and said somewhat cryptically ‘you don’t know what
this means to me’. Everybody cheering with a ‘did that just
happen?’ look on their face. It was nuts.

So many things brought a tear to my eye today -
That a team can lose its DOR, decide they are going to run the
ball and win the Premiership by saying if you score 5, we will
score 6. Such a joy to watch -amazing rugby.
That watching the emotions after winning you can see that
Quinn’s winning the Premiership is just as important to the
players as it was to myteam when they won the College league at
uni. Rugby is the same for us all and it is a great game.
Seeing Joe Marler really enjoying, hugging and savouring the win
and what it means, after all he has been through since 2012.
Watching Mike Brown share in collecting the Cup. Legend, and a
huge part in us getting to Twickenham.
Finally seeing a young dynamic coaching team of amazing
ex-players showing how rugby can be entertainng and victorious.
COYQ!!!!

He had frank discussions with Flannery and Millard as a result,
and then another steward got into a disagreement with Ugo when
he went pitch side too.

Ah forget that. The kid is world class. You don't need the odd
conversion to tell you that.

Just got home from an unbelievable day at Twickenham that I was
so lucky to get a ticket for. Heart thumping out of chest for
last ten minutes but what a victory. All the players coaches and
support staff really deserve that. Who said last week that you
can’t win the title throwing the ball about like we do. We have
built a special squad of players who have what it takes, oh have
they got what it takes to be the best team in the country.
Billy’s bunch of weirdos have done it. Seeing the joy and
excitement of the players and support staff has me welling up
with emotion for what they had done but it’s alright I don’t
think anybody noticed. Bit like Joe with his kids afterwards. I
couldn’t hear his interview but will listen in the morning.
Apparently it was vintage Joe.

He missed quite a few tackles as well. Pretty poor show from
that one member of event staff who didn't seem to know that
those people he tried to hold back play for Quins. Although,
might have been the instructions he had.
