Apparently it was shared by an Exeter supporter on Twitter

I don't think they will do/can do anything, the RFU can't
provide them with email addresses from the purchases or
information on who brought them due to GDPR, any information
shared between the RFU and Exeter which disclose your personal
details would be illegal.

It's now Monday. They investigate Tuesday. What are they
checking? The links to the RFU/ticketmaster account are by email
account. Just because an email account is not on the Exeter
members list, does that make it invalid? I have email accounts
for Outlook, Hotmail * 2, 4 for yahoo with a number of aliases,
o2, vodafone, Virginmedia, EE, three (I change phone suppliers
according to the offers), gmail, several on my own private email
account, over 100 using opayq.com (see blur.com as a password
manager, email address hider).
Good luck with proving this isn't a Exeter supporter in London,
on gmail, using hotmail or whatever. If you get asked for proof
of Exeter membership just ignore it or send what looks like an
"out of office" - "Fred Bloggs is out of England until Saturday,
at that time I will respond to any emails necessary otherwise
expect a response on Monday"
Probably best not to sign off "COYQ!"

There were no checks by the RFU that we were STHs either. Anyone
could have used those links. If they wanted to ensure STHs
purchased, they should have made you enter a membership number.
Doubtless plenty of non-STHs bought our allocation too.

The whole process was a farce, plus only 10K allowed ????
Then to be told 2.5K per club was a joke.
Never got my Quins email link to claim so as far as I am
concerned its every man ( or woman ) to him / herself.
Crack on. Back on HS2 tonight and tomorrow at the coal face with
weekend off. COYQ ;D

It looks like Ticketmaster are being pretty strict on obscure
t&cs
HTML https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-57558686
If the terms said somewhere that you must have been emailed the
link, they might be getting pretty strict about it.
You’d think they could put the important t&c up on the screen in
big letters while you’re in the queueing system.

Well I did wonder if I should go back and have a second bite of
the cherry. My brother in law would have appreciated tickets.
Glad I didn't now.
I lost good tickets to Wimbledon because I needed to reset my
ticket master password. Of course in the middle of the buying
frenzy that took time and my ownership of the tickets timed out.
Managed to get tickets for court 2 on the opening day. Happy.

There's no Ts and Cs that says the email address you use for
ticket master must be the email address used in your
membership/STH record. I guess they could try linking account
name to STH name or credit card name to STH name, but I thought
that illegal. Anyway, if you bought tickets in the South stand
just sit tight - what other choice do you have?

And the official line:
HTML https://twitter.com/ExeterChiefs/status/1407024658990309376?s=19
is telling Exeter STH that they need to use multiple email
addresses if they want to buy more than two tickets.
