Yep, not sure what they can do about that, especially when their
fans clearly didn't want them.
RFU will investigate and realise they've sold out and so are
perfectly happy

Suspect they will cancel the tickets not registered to Exeter
members, which is fair enough.

But they knew the demand was there as they were bringing
capacity down so they would all sell - there's a reason there
were 1k+ tickets available. No guarantee of turning them.
Why risk £70,000ish of sales cause Exeter are clearly not
competent

How is it Exeter’s incompetence? You are suggesting that because
someone guessed the RfU link, that should mean that Exeter
members lose the chance to purchase because they did not login
as soon as the sale opened. This seems harsh when the priority
window for Quins was 24 hours, we just happened to sell out
quicker.

Even when using the same Quins link you couldn't buy tickets -
there were other checks I believe.
No reason Exeter couldn't have had the same security standards?

I wouldn’t say they were incompetent - maybe just not that
interested. I’m not sure I would be either if we hadn’t been in
a final for years. Ex fans prob just settle for the TV and a
cheaper beer without having to wear a mask.
We’ll see how it plays out
